Maiden of Milk: Clarabelle
About the Game
About This Game
You’re exhausted from work and barely have three slivers of free time a week.
You could rest.
Instead, you spend it with five women whose moods, milk, and bodies are all spiraling upward.
Maiden of Milk is an adult visual novel with light time-management and stat systems. Each in-game week, you choose how to spend your limited energy: visit Clarabelle at the farm, help Mahi rescue her bar’s liquor shipment in a storm, keep Cornelia from burning out at the office, check in on Buttercup’s “totally safe” potions, or support Elizabeth as she navigates late-life motherhood and corporate spotlights.
How you juggle their milk, mood, and comfort determines how fast they grow… and what kind of scenes you unlock.
Milk, Mood, and Growth
Every heroine tracks three core things:
Milk – how full and heavy she is.
Mood – whether she’s glowing, stressed, or done with you.
Growth Points – long-term progress toward the next big size jump.
Milking, talking, gifting, and sex all push these stats around. Let someone stay pleasantly full and in a good mood, and she’ll quietly stockpile Growth Points. Hit a threshold and you’ll trigger a dedicated growth event with new art and writing, permanently updating her look for future weeks.
Push her too far—overfull, uncomfortable, in a bad bra or ignored for too long—and her mood tanks, slowing growth and changing how her scenes play out.
Bras, cookies, teas, and “totally not a potion” soups all matter: different items affect comfort, mood, and milk in their own ways, and you decide who gets which limited gift.
Weekly Schedule & Quests
After the early story, the game opens into a mid-game loop:
Each week starts with a stylized “Week X” card and a random heroine greeting you.
You get a small pool of Energy to spend on visits and repeatable scenes.
A character’s questline advances through labeled events (e.g. Clarabelle Event 6 – Delivery!, Mahi Event 7 – Normal Date, Cornelia Event 3 – Time to Relax!).
Clear enough key events across everyone and you’ll unlock group episodes, like a beach trip where the whole cast collides.
A built-in slideshow tutorial (with animated “Press Enter” hints) walks you through all the mid-game systems so you don’t have to guess how growth, mood, and gifts fit together.
The Women of Maiden of Milk
Clarabelle – Overworked farmgirl and accidental milk factory. Needs help managing aching, overfull breasts and complicated feelings about her birth mom’s new twins. Growth scenes focus on her already-huge chest creeping into the “how is that physically possible?” zone.
Mahi – Bar owner glued to her phone, juggling deliveries, sports nights, and a tendency to overwork herself into storms and bad decisions. Expect late-night drives, emergency liquor runs, and intimacy as stress relief.
Cornelia – Gamer office worker buried under last-minute presentations and screaming managers. You’re the one who shows up with snacks, back rubs, and a willingness to let her vent before things turn very physical.
Buttercup – Backyard witch/herbalist who treats your home like her personal lab. Collects mushrooms in your yard, brews “soup” out of breast milk, and uses real magic to move barrels and teleport trucks… in exchange for “mana” she extracts in very hands-on ways.
Elizabeth – High-powered executive, Clarabelle’s estranged birth mother, and very visibly pregnant with twins. You see her collapse at an overheated magazine shoot, sit with her in the hospital, and watch the cracks in her perfect image as she tries to do motherhood differently this time.
Korova (mid-game unlock) – Overcaffeinated grad student/café worker with way too many jobs and a body that’s quietly outgrowing her hoodies. Her growth scenes lean into stress eating, heavier curves, and weaponized teasing.
Each route blends comfy slice-of-life (work drama, grief, burnout, deadlines) with unabashed breast-centric erotica and slow, tangible growth between scenes.
Key Features
Adult stat-based dating sim – Visual novel storytelling meets light management: choose where to spend limited weekly Energy, who to visit, and what to do with them.
Milk & Mood system – Fullness and mood drive long-term growth. Milking and comfort items can soothe, arouse, or frustrate depending on timing.
Growth events with new art – Hit growth thresholds to unlock dedicated CG sequences that permanently update sprites and CGs to larger sizes.
Per-character questlines – Each heroine has a labeled sequence of story events plus repeatable “Talk / Gift / Milk / Sex” scenes that change based on her state.
Inventory, bras, and consumables – Buy and equip bras, cookies, teas, and more. Comfort values from equipment feed directly into how their milk affects mood.
Optional in-game tutorial – A short, illustrated walkthrough explains weeks, energy, growth, and UI elements so you can jump into mid-game content smoothly.
Future-friendly structure – The weekly hub and quest systems are built to support additional events, CGs, and side stories as the game continues to grow.
