Per-Run Reset + Long-Term Progression

Win or lose, you will earn Source Essence, the permanent out-of-run currency, to unlock new Divine Guardians, Defense Turrets, and the Sanctuary Tech Tree, constantly breaking through your combat power ceiling with every cycle.

Addressing the long-standing pain point of traditional tower defense games – where players can only idle and watch the battle unfold once their setup is complete – we have pioneered a built-in diverse Trial gameplay system, ensuring every minute of your tower defense experience is filled with action and strategic decision-making.

Trials are divided into three categories aligned with Might, Arcane, and Psyche, corresponding to three core gameplay experiences: strategy, emulation, and reaction. The system is easy to pick up, but incredibly difficult to master.

You can choose to play the Trials yourself to earn rare gear and currency; dispatch your Divine Guardians to complete them automatically to increase their skill levels, with success rate calculated based on character stats; or skip the segment entirely – though this will drastically reduce your overall team strength, and may lead to a failed run on higher difficulties.

Freely Switchable Three-Branch Skill Trees

With a system of one active skill paired with two passive skills, you can build a critical-hit focused Berserker, a spell-slinging Archmage, or even a Psyche Master that balances support and crowd control.

During each run, you can acquire a vast array of mechanic-driven and stat-based Prizes, which can be freely equipped to both Divine Guardians and Defense Turrets. Equipping different combinations on different characters will push your entire team toward entirely distinct playstyles.

Characters earn free attribute points with each level up, allowing you to adjust their three core attributes at any time based on battlefield needs, to adapt to different skill builds and truly deliver a one-of-a-kind progression experience for every player.
