About the Game

Alchemy Tales is a pixel-art cultivation game combining alchemy management, character progression, and realm combat.

Place furnaces, tend the fire, collect pills, and sell them; improve production through expansion, formations, and skills, then take your crafted supplies and artifacts into dangerous realms.

Hall Routine

• Alchemy: Hover to feed fire, then sell the pills for spirit stones or consume them to gain cultivation experience.

• Alchemy Hall: Expand your space, place and upgrade furnaces, and use heat zones to boost production.

• Pill Progression: Unlock ten pill tiers, improve refining efficiency and quality, and ascend furnaces to produce higher-tier pills.

• Breakthroughs: Offer pills at realm gates, with their tier and quality affecting your chance of success.

Growth & Helpers

• Skill Tree: Develop fire control, formations, commerce, dolls, and other paths to expand your cultivation capabilities.

• Hall Formations: Place fire, thunder, and spirit-gathering formations to change how your hall operates.

• Doll Helpers: Assign collection, delivery, repair, and guardian dolls to assist with daily work.

• Catalysts & Tools: Use catalyst materials and hall-compatible artifacts to enhance refining.

• Random Events: Respond to unexpected events that bring variety to managing your hall.

Crafting & Equipment

• Talismans: Study crafting manuals and improve mastery to produce combat talismans at the talisman desk.

• Formation Flags: Craft offensive or defensive flags at the formation desk to prepare different battlefield effects.

• Enchanting: Add fire, ice, poison, lightning, or light attributes to weapons and pills for different combat effects.

• Artifacts: Build a six-slot loadout using flying swords, zithers, fans, treasure coins, shields, and more.

• Guardian Dolls: Bring guardian dolls into combat and equip them individually to fight alongside you.

Realm Adventures

• Survival Combat: Move and dodge while your weapons attack automatically against enemy crowds and bosses.

• Upgrade Cards: Choose cards that improve health, attack speed, critical chance, and other attributes to develop your build.

• Between-Floor Shop: Buy supplies between challenges to prepare for the floors ahead.

• Emergency Escape: Retreat by teleportation when gravely wounded, settle the run, and prepare for another attempt.

Chance & Collection

• Chance Mini-Games: Try high-low, pick-the-furnace, and the Oracle Furnace Board to test your luck.

• Collection & Records: Track your progress through the codex, ledger, chronicle, and achievements.

• Cloud Saves: Keep your cultivation progress with Steam Cloud support.
