About the Game
In the peaceful village of Meton, the "Golden Apple" has been stolen by the wicked bear Kumabucks and hidden deep within the neon-lit, maze-like "Virtual Tokyo." You will step into the shoes of Meton, venturing alone into this unfamiliar foreign land. Armed with a magical phone that not only disguises him as a human but also guides him to reclaim the Golden Apple, he must be careful—every mistake in speech drains the phone's battery. If its power fades, his true identity as a sheep will be exposed to the human world, leading to disaster. This is more than a quest for treasure; it's a survival challenge thrust into the raw reality of language immersion.
This is a game that seamlessly fuses open-world exploration with authentic Japanese language acquisition. Here, you'll navigate like a true traveler:
Survive Tokyo's Concrete Jungle: From the dense signboards of Shibuya Station to late-night greetings in convenience stores, every environmental detail is meticulously crafted from the streets of Tokyo.
Wield Language as Your Weapon: Ditch the rote memorization. You'll need to understand train announcements to get off at the right stop and decipher street signs to solve puzzles.
Learn Through Physical Interaction: Absorb the logic of the language by running, talking, and exploring the open world. Transform Japanese from abstract characters into the literal key to unlocking doors and cracking codes.
Designed to be concise, your first playthrough will take roughly 1 to 3 hours, depending on your Japanese proficiency. Even after retrieving the apple, you can return to these streets to tackle higher-difficulty hidden dialogues and memory fragments.
Project Core: Simulating an authentic Japanese-language environment through open-world game mechanics.
