About the Game

KILL THE KING is a medieval survival horror game where you are the king, trapped inside your own castle after revolting peasants stormed the gates. They've slaughtered your knights. Butchered your family - your own blood. 

But those filthy peasants weren't just angry... they've become something far worse, and it wants your head on a pike.

YOU ARE HEREBY PREY

That villainous beast is thirsty for royal blood... 

• It roams the halls of the keep, searching for any living thing.

• Hide in the shadows, Stay quiet. Pray it doesn't find you cowering in the dark like the coward you've become.

• It yields not to iron and steel. Run, and find items to aid in your survival.

DELIVERANCE OR DAMNATION

Once home to lavish feasts and sordid celebrations, the keep's walls are now a tomb - lowborn and nobility rotting together in the dark. Unless you find a way to get the gates open, you'll be joining them.

• Traverse a dark, sprawling castle and solve increasingly sadistic puzzles. 

• Scavenge and use whatever you can get your hands on.

• Do what you must to survive and escape.
