But one day, through utterly inexplicable circumstances, a 2D girl straight out of an anime tumbles into our world.

Our hero is a grown man who lost faith in pretty much everything a long time ago - including his own future. But the arrival of this anime girl slowly starts to drag him out of his apathy, reminding him how to find joy in the little things again. However, with joy comes danger... The girl attracts more than just our attention: a hunt for both her and us begins.
