About the Game

A cozy adventure through myth and memory

Mingma, a girl born into a new Medieval order after the ཆུ་ལོག་ཆེན་པོ (Great Flood), sees her world shatter when an army of dragon-machine hybrid creatures invade and bring ruin to her village with eldritch technology that siphons the life force of humans. Separated from her family amidst the chaos, Mingma inadvertently catapults herself through a spacetime rift, entering the Bardo, a forgotten purgatory realm between life, death, and rebirth. With this newfound dimension-walking ability, she must awaken to her true self - while travelling 108 days and nights - through a post-apocalyptic Himalayan world.

Cleanse the corrupted

In the living world, corrupted beings roam. You must purify them through compassion. Players experience occasional transitions from platforming to a turn-based ritual mode to encourage slowing down and strategizing rather than simply button mashing.

Traverse sacred realms and face divine trials

Guided by ancient teachings and haunted by karmic echoes, you must navigate the dreamlike landscapes of the Bardo, where deities test your spirit through trials of wisdom, courage, and clarity. 

Unravel forgotten truths

Solve intricate environmental puzzles inspired by sacred geometry and ritual symbolism. Discover lost relics imbued with magical power, and unlock skill upgrades that deepen your connection to the spiritual and elemental forces around you.

Stop and breathe

Gentle, reflective prompts appear during dialogue or scene transitions to encourage grounding and presence between gameplay segments. Players earn meaningful in-game bonuses for taking breaks, reinforcing rest as part of the character’s well-being and fostering empathy with her journey.
