About the Game

Island of Winds is a narrative third-person exploration adventure set in a mystical version of 17th century Iceland, where folklore, magic, and nature intertwine. You play as Brynhildur, a young Balance Keeper whose peaceful life is shattered after an attack on her homestead and the disappearance of her mentor. Guided by ancient magic and empathy rather than violence, Brynhildur must journey across a fractured island to uncover forgotten truths, help troubled mythical beings, and restore balance to a world slowly falling apart.
