IRONWAKE

IRONWAKE

About the Game

The year is 2050. The surface is dead after the nuclear war. Deep beneath the ruins of Kazakhstan sits a sealed Soviet bunker, Sector V-4. You can't walk in. The only way inside is to upload a living mind through a neural link into an old industrial robot sleeping behind the airtight doors.

That mind is yours.

IRONWAKE is a linear psychological horror you finish in one sitting, 30-45 minutes. No cheap jump scares here. Just rusted concrete, red emergency light, a slow creeping dread, and a voice on the radio that knows more about your mission than it lets on.

An operator guides you from the outside. You move the iron from the inside. And somewhere in the dark of the bunker, something is already awake.

FEATURES

  • You are the machine. Heavy, sluggish controls and the groan of old servos. Every move UNIT MARK-1 makes feels like a ton of metal.

  • Stealth in the dark. The Utilizer reacts to light and sound. Cutting your power completely makes you invisible, but also helpless.

  • Interface Dive. You don't hack and repair systems from the outside. You do it inside the robot's mind, in the digital space of dying machines.

  • A voice on the radio. An operator with the callsign "Ghost" walks you through it. Listen closely. Not just to what he says, but to what he leaves out.

  • Hidden story and two endings. Clues are scattered across the bunker that something about this job is wrong. Stay curious and you'll find what was never meant to be found.

  • Soviet brutalism through a CRT. Glitches, static, pixel artifacts on the robot's "screen." Industrial gigantism meets digital decay.

People up top are dying without the data in this bunker, and you were told to get it at any cost.

What the operators get paid in, nobody told you.
