Iron Contract
About the Game
Iron Contract is a solo 2D management game where you run a fictional defense-industry company.
You start with limited cash, no advanced production capacity, a small local reputation and a fragile commercial structure. At the beginning, your company depends on external suppliers to buy products, manage stock and respond to local contracts. Every decision matters: buying too much can freeze your cash, buying too late can make you miss deadlines, and accepting the wrong contract can put your company under pressure.
Your objective is to grow from a small commercial operation into a stronger industrial company capable of managing larger contracts, improving its infrastructure and progressively developing its own production capabilities.
MANAGE CONTRACTS AND OFFERS
Analyze available opportunities, compare quantities, deadlines, expected margins and risks before making a decision. Some contracts require careful planning, while open offers reward speed and good stock management.
SUPPLIERS AND STOCK MANAGEMENT
At the start, your company cannot produce everything internally. You must rely on suppliers with different strengths and weaknesses: lower prices, better reliability, longer delivery times or higher quality. Choosing the right supplier at the right moment can make the difference between profit and failure.
BUILD YOUR COMPANY STEP BY STEP
Invest in buildings and internal capabilities to expand your business. Improve your storage capacity, commercial reach and future production potential. Progression is gradual: your company must earn its place before accessing better opportunities.
REPUTATION AND MARKET ACCESS
Your reputation affects the quality and scale of the opportunities available to you. Successful deliveries can help your company grow, while poor planning and missed deadlines can slow your progression.
FROM TRADING TO INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION
Iron Contract is built around the idea of starting small. First, you buy, store and resell through contracts. Later, you can move toward internal production to reduce supplier dependency, improve margins and gain more control over your operations.
A MANAGEMENT GAME WITH CONSEQUENCES
Cash flow, stock, contract timing and infrastructure choices are all connected. A profitable contract on paper can become a mistake if you do not have the right stock, the right supplier or enough time to deliver.
