About the Game

The world is nearly uninhabitable, divided by warring feudal territories and marked by many unnatural disasters. The wanderer, known through rumors only as "The Woman," has been searching for a place to comfortably fade away into obscurity. She is a social pariah since she is often encountered trying to fill the void with drugs, alcohol, and senseless violence.

One day, The Woman finds a boy named Tiro dressed in pristine fancy clothing alone in the wastelands. Tiro explains he needs someone to guide him north to paradise to save the world. The Woman is skeptical, to say the least, but sees this as a chance to finally find her own peace. She doesn't want to get her hopes up, but it's not just the destination, it's the destruction she can wreak along the way.

Engage in 2.5D hack-and-slash action seamlessly mixed with first-person shooting, inspired by No More Heroes and Killer7. Protect Tiro, a soft oblivious boy, from monsters and opportunistic bandits. Or don't, escort missions can be annoying. In between combat, explore the strange world and meet some colorful characters. Consume every addictive mind altering substance you can find, or maybe this is a good time to attempt sobriety. Choices matter? Find the exit. You are hysterically strong.

COMBAT

• Bludgeon or tear through enemies with combos from Scivias, an ancient blade, or use your bare hands to send 'em flying. 

• There is no problem a gun can't solve. Dream Thief is a top-break revolver with a second cylinder for swapping magic sigils, changing the properties of the gun to fire fully automatic machine gun rounds, shotgun slugs, etc.

• Gun and blade combos. Toss an enemy, then do some trick shots while they are airborne.

• Common drugs and alcohol can alter combat, especially your secret stash of a mysterious black liquid that induces an invincible berserker state. Trivializes any combat section but permanently weakens you afterwards.

EXPLORATION

• There are many characters to talk to, but The Woman lacks diplomatic dialogue options. Tiro has kind words for anyone, but he's often naive and gullible.

• Learn how to barter and negotiate trades for items. Money does not exist here.

• FLY FISHING! It's all about that perfect cast.

• Building a relationship with Tiro can prove useful, unlocking abilities in and out of combat. 

• The weather is unpredictable. Navigate inclement catastrophes.
