You are an agent of The Reality Compliance Office (T.R.C.O.), a covert government division responsible for containing supernatural threats and unexplained anomalies. When a catastrophic rift in reality begins swallowing people, locations, and entire task forces, T.R.C.O launches a classified operation known as Project NOCLIP.

Multiple agents have entered the breach.

None have returned.

You are the next agent sent into the anomaly — a distorted dimension filled with twisted environments, hostile creatures, and impossible structures that defy the laws of reality. Somewhere inside this labyrinth, an entity known only as Smiles controls the chaos.

But the anomaly has a darker origin.

The rift was created by the tortured soul of a boy who died during a classified experiment conducted by T.R.C.O. The weight of his suffering fractured reality itself, creating a gateway where nightmares bleed into the real world.

Now the entity behind the breach has built a maze of hostile dimensions to trap anyone who enters — and to make the world suffer as he did.
