About the Game

Home Before Winter is a World War I inspired turn-based strategy game where armies clash for control of the map. Mobilize your troops, conquer enemy territory, and prepare for counter offensives as the battle for dominance unfolds.

Key Features

• Turn-based strategy focused on territorial conquest
• Command troops and capture regions for strategic bonuses
• Survive intense WW1 inspired trench shoot em up minigames
• Plan your attacks carefully and defend against counter offensives
• Multiplayer strategy battles for up to 10 players

Turns are broken into three phases:

• Phase 1: Place units on your territories
• Phase 2: Attack neighboring territories and capture regions
• Phase 3: Move units to strengthen your strategic positions

After each round, players enter a shooter mini game. Soldiers that break through become rebels and attack you, automatically changing control of the map.

Home Before Winter was built using the Godot Engine
