About the Game
Harvestville: Song of the Ancestress is a farming/life-sim game with a folk horror twist.

Welcome to Harvestville: an idyllic rural village of endless bounty, where the seasons never change and the harvest is always plentiful. Blessed by the Lord of the Harvest, their small community has continued to thrive for generations.
But now...
The leaves are falling from the trees. The air grows colder with each passing day, and crops are beginning to wilt. It has become a poorly-kept secret that the village is on the brink of starvation.
To make matters worse, an ethereal being known as the Ancestress has made her way into the village.

You play as Abraham: a young farmer who has been chosen by the Harvestville church to make the preparations for an unorthodox ritual.
Preparing for this ritual will be no simple task. As a newly-selected Servant of the Harvest, you must grow crops and connect with the townsfolk, making both friends and adversaries along the way.
The villagers of Harvestville can be your greatest allies or your worst enemies. Each has their own unique personality, as well as their own agenda. Some may lie, omit information, or try to hide their motives from you.

Along with all this, things within the village have started to change in unimaginable ways. Pieces of Harvestville's past have re-emerged. Time, seasons, life, death, theatre and reality are all bending in every direction.
Throughout your adventure, you'll encounter the fragmented memories of two past flames, Silvia and Brother Adrian. Their tragic story of romance, betrayal and violence will be key to unlocking the deep secrets of the Ancestress.
All this and more awaits you in this narrative-driven, psycho-philosophical adventure.
