About the Game

You wake up in a crumbling, abandoned hospital, without a hand, betrayed by your hooded cult brothers, and left for dead. Armed with nothing but your mangled limbs, grit, and a healthy dose of dark humor, you'll carve your way through a fanatical cult to reclaim your missing hand and rescue those marked for sacrifice. Every choice matters: sneak past enemies, strike strategically, or throw yourself headfirst into chaos.

In this first-person parody brawler, pain is your health. Every hit, wall slam, or awkward punch raises your pulse. Push it too far and your heart will explode. Keep an eye on your wristwatch, administer morphine syringes, and master the fine line between risk and recklessness.

Gameplay

  • [Bone Stabs] Use your missing left hand's exposed bone to pierce enemies and deal damage.

  • [Palm Slaps] Your broken right hand may not hurt them, but it'll leave them dazed long enough to set up the next move.

  • [Dropkick] Launch enemies into ragdoll mayhem.

  • [Elbow Drop] Finish them with a crushing elbow drop.

  • [Stealth & Noise] Crouch to move quietly, peek corners, and throw objects to distract enemies.

Along the way, you'll encounter locked cages with prisoners, absurd puzzles, and multiple ways to approach each encounter.
