Find your next cornerstone in the draft. Manage contracts, free agency, trades, depth charts, and player development. Balance talent, age, health, and the salary budget as you decide who belongs in your team's future. Start with standard rosters or reshape the league with a fantasy draft.

Ground and pound or air it out. Shape your offensive and defensive schemes, choose formations, and call plays as the situation changes. Prefer the front office? Delegate responsibilities to the CPU and let your coaching staff take the lead.

Commissioner controls and ready-to-advance options help your group move through the season together. Online leagues require an internet connection and Steam authentication.
