GridFall
About the Game
Gold corners, silver edges, grass belly.
This is an indie game built on the survivor-like formula—but with a twist: a 3x3 grid.
The developer dreamed of adding something with a little mathematical beauty to the build-crafting.
Here’s how it works:
Every time you level up, a 3x3 grid pops up with three random cells highlighted. Pick one—that’s your point placement. Only when you complete a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line do you unlock an active skill.

You’ll quickly notice—if you ever get a shot at the center cell (position 5), your odds of forming a line skyrocket. The corners (1, 3, 7, 9) are decent, and the edges (2, 4, 6, 8)? Yeah… they’re the long shot.
But here’s the clever part:
To balance out the unfairness baked into the grid itself, each cell comes with its own passive trait. So, going for the center means you’ll unlock skills way faster—but you’ll probably take a hit to your stats. Pick an edge cell instead? You’ll wait longer for that three-in-a-row, but hey—you get some sweet numerical perks to keep you going.
So here you are: stranded on a lonely island in a cyber wasteland. Mix, match, survive.
