About the Game

GodsTV is a madcap action title inspired 90's arcade classics (SmashTV anyone?) drenched in humor and chaos. The Gods of Capitalypse demand blood, laughs and drama. If you want to get far in the show you must wield the ultimate power: Fame.

Welcome to the Show, Contender! We'll grant you Eternal Life, but you'll have to fight your butt off for Fame. You'll have to fight and you'll have to die. A thousand times if necessary, on your way to the top of the Charts. But dying is just part of the gig. Every death and every win takes you one step closer to mega Stardom.

'Cause you're no longer just a fighter, you're a Star. 

There are four unique Contenders in your team, each with unique abilities and stories. Kinni, the Stripper Berserker, Leetah, the Ninja Popstar, Pepperishi, the PIzza Shaman and V1KTU$, the Totalitarian Tinker. Four playstyles, four paths. Each of them with a ton of possible Builds, Weapons and Signature moves to unlock.

The Gods are the sponsors of this Show, but they demand engagement, the more famous you are the stronger their powers. Gods will offer you their addictive products to make you all mighty, and if your carnage pleases them, they'll meet you in the 5 dimension to bestow you with their greatest gear: The Godskins.

After every win and every death you'll revive Backstage, where the shady deals, powerful contracts and unlocks will take place. A parody of the absurd cheesiness NBA2k’s or FIFA’s Story modes. It’s filled with bizarre NPC’s and comedic plots each Contender will embark on in a downward spiral to fame. Make friends and enemies... And even romance.

Win after win, death after death, your team of misfits will grow their fanbase, and with them their powers. In this roguelike Fame is everything, and can take you to the top, but you'll have to grind it out, unlock sponsors, fight Celebrity Freaks, navigate the behind the scenes making very questionable decisions. In GodsTV you decide what kind that kind of clout chaser you want to be, and spoiler alert, you'll have to do things your Mama wouldn't approve.

You were not doing anything with that juicy soul of yours anyway. And I'm here to help, as your loyal and selfless Agent I can take you to the very TOP. The road to Stardom won’t be easy, please the Gods, earn your Signature Weapons, expand your fanbase to absurd limits and I'll pave your road up to Godhood.
