Friend and foe
About the Game
Friend and Foe is a hex-based deckbuilding roguelike. Build your deck, slot implants into a 12 socket bionic frame, and outmaneuver rogue AI, war machines, and your own teammates.
Friends to your face, foes to your scoreboard
Online runs are fully cooperative: same hex grid, same enemies, shared fuel, and map decisions. But the score is individual, and every deck can carry sabotage cards that drain your teammates' AP, steal their stats, and ruin their turns, alongside team cards that shield and save them.
Some events skip the pretense entirely: a Standoff, Bounty Hunt, or Mutiny can break the party into live PvP duels mid-run. Help your friends survive the boss, and sabotage your foes to stay on top.
Tactical hex combat
Combat happens on a 9×5 hex grid. Cards have range bands, melee brawling, mid-range skirmishing, long-range sniping. A unified Action Point system means you spend AP to draw and to play. No dead draws, no cards rotting in your hand. Every fight is a positioning puzzle and a card puzzle.
Play how you want
Up to 8 players online, free-for-all or team mode, with lobby toggles for sabotage cards, team cards, and PvP events. Solo, it's a complete single-player roguelike; fill the lobby with bots to test strategies, and a smart auto-play mode can handle combat when you'd rather focus on drafting and exploration.

A map that doesn't show its hand
No full-floor reveal. Fog of war uncovers the sector as you explore, and you can backtrack to any visited room. Every step costs fuel, so push deeper for rewards or sprint for the boss while you still can. Explore elite fights, docks, and 50+ choice-driven events, including recurring story arcs whose endings depend on how you treated the strangers you met along the way.
