Fragile Frontier
About the Game
Packages on the roof. Physics on your side. Chaos guaranteed.
You're an owl postal worker, and you've just introduced Moonperch Island to its very first automobile. Your cargo problem: packages have to ride on the roof.
They shift with every corner. They go airborne on hard impacts. Hop out, grab them, reattach — or just drive over scattered packages to auto-reattach. No hard failure. Just gather your cargo and keep going.
Play solo or with up to 3 friends in this physics-based co-op delivery game, inspired by Moving Out, Totally Reliable Delivery Service, and Overcooked. And if the mountain on the horizon seems a little more active than yesterday... you probably have a delivery to make first.
Stack It. Drive It. Scatter It. Recover It.
The core loop is delightfully simple:
- Packages on the Roof: Your cargo stacks on top of your truck, shifting your center of gravity with each package
- Impact = Chaos: Hit something hard enough and packages break free, tumbling across the road
- Quick Recovery: Hop out, look at a loose package, and tap E to snap it above your head
- Reattach: Walk to your truck and press E to stick the package back on the roof
- Drive Through: Or just drive over scattered packages to auto-reattach them!
- Emergency Respawn: Lost everything? Press BACKSPACE to respawn at your last checkpoint
No hard failure — just gather your packages and keep going. The only question is how long it takes you!
Fly Like an Owl
Your character isn't just a driver — you've got moves that no other delivery game gives you:
- Triple Jump: Jump three times to activate glide mode
- Glide Mode: Spread your wings and soar across gaps
- W/S to Control: Dive or pull up while gliding
- SPACE to Flare: Slow your descent for safe landings
- Explore Freely: Scout routes ahead, reach high places, or just enjoy the view
Triple-jump off a cliff, glide back to your scattered cargo, and stick the landing. Use your natural owl abilities to become the ultimate delivery driver.
The Volcano Post: A Story of Denial and Delivery
You play as Pip Feathermail, a postal worker who arrives on Moonperch Island with the first automobile, ready to revolutionize mail delivery. But you've arrived at a very inconvenient time...
5 Acts. 7 Characters. One Ticking Clock.
- Act 1: Arrival — Install mailboxes, meet the locals, prove your service works
- Act 2: Discovery — Strange signs appear. The mountain isn't what it seems
- Act 3: Preparation — Time is running out. Help the village prepare
- Act 4: ??? — ??? ??????? ???????. ?????? ????? ???????? ????
- Act 5: ??? — ??? final ??????? run. Save ??? ??? ???
Meet 7 unique owl NPCs with distinct personalities:
- Mayor Hootsworth — The leader in denial
- Granny Featherstone — The island's memory keeper
- Millicent Mouser — The pragmatic shopkeeper
- Chester Chirps — The tinkering mechanic
- Winona Wingspread — The dedicated teacher
- Barnaby Beak — The weathered sailor
- Professor Talon — The scientist no one believed
Their stories interweave as you deliver hope, supplies, and ultimately — a chance at survival.
Cooperative Chaos
Each player drives their own truck, but cooperation makes everything easier:
- Convoy Together: Race to the destination — first one there waits for the others
- Help Recover: Spot a friend's packages scattered across the road? Hop out and help collect!
- Scout Ahead: One player can glide ahead to check the route while others catch up
- Push Trucks: Flip a friend's overturned truck back upright when they crash
- Shared Story: Everyone experiences the narrative together — progression syncs automatically for all players
- Drop-in/Drop-out: Friends can join mid-delivery without missing a beat
- Friendly Competition: Who can keep their stack intact the longest?
Moonperch Island — Your Playground
Explore a beautifully hand-crafted island with seven distinct terrain zones:
- The Village Center: Easy routes through the owl settlement
- The Forest Path: Winding roads with wooden bridges and fallen logs
- The Hillside: Challenging switchbacks and narrow ledges
- The Old Bridge District: Wooden bridges in various states of repair
- The Cliffside Route: Treacherous coastal paths for expert drivers
- The Dock District: Fishing huts, piers, and the harbor where ships arrive
- The Mountain Road: Winding switchbacks leading to the "Old Waterworks"
As the story progresses, the island transforms. What starts as a peaceful delivery challenge becomes a race against time as volcanic hazards emerge:
- Flaming boulders falling from the sky
- Lava geysers erupting from new fissures
- Roads crumbling beneath your wheels
- Pyroclastic debris blocking routes
- Steam vents turning deadly
The environment itself becomes part of the story.
Upgrade Your Ride
Earn "Feathers" from successful deliveries to upgrade your truck:
- Magnetic Strength: Packages stay attached through harder impacts
- Suspension Upgrade: Less bounce on rough terrain
- Tire Upgrade: Better grip on tricky surfaces
- Engine Upgrade: More power for those steep hills
- Stack Capacity: Carry more packages on your roof at once
Plus owl cosmetics: tiny hats, glasses, scarves, paint jobs, and more! Unlock premium cosmetics through story completion and achievements.
