About the Game

Welcome to Moonperch Island!

You and up to 3 friends are owl delivery drivers racing across a charming hand-crafted island built by owls, for owls. Each owl has their own truck with packages precariously stacked on the roof. Drive carefully... or don't. Hit a bump too hard and watch your cargo fly!

Inspired by Easy Delivery Co., Totally Reliable Delivery Service, and Death Stranding, Fragile Frontier is all about the chaos of keeping your packages attached while navigating treacherous terrain.

Stack It. Drive It. Scatter It. Recover It.

The core loop is delightfully simple:

• Packages on the Roof: Your cargo stacks on top of your car, shifting your center of gravity with each package

• Impact = Chaos: Hit something hard enough and packages break free, tumbling across the road

• Quick Recovery: Hop out, look at a loose package, and tap E to snap it above your head

• Reattach: Walk to your car and press E to stick the package back on the roof

• Drive Through: Or just drive over scattered packages to auto-reattach them!

No hard failure, just gather your packages and keep going. The only question is how long it takes you!

Cooperative Chaos

Each player drives their own truck, but cooperation makes everything easier:

• Race Together: Convoy to the destination, first one there waits for the others

• Help Recover: Spot a friend's packages scattered across the road? Hop out and help them collect!

• Scout Ahead: One player can check the route while others catch up

• Friendly Competition: Who can keep their stack intact the longest?

Upgrade Your Ride

Earn "Feathers" (currency) from successful deliveries to upgrade your truck:

• Stack Capacity: Carry more packages on your roof at once

• Magnetic Strength: Packages stay attached through harder impacts

• Suspension Upgrade: Less bounce on rough terrain

• Tire Upgrade: Better grip on tricky surfaces

• Engine Upgrade: More power for those steep hills

Built for Friends (and Solo Players Too!)

• 1-4 Players: Each with their own truck and package stack
