About the Game

Flesh Mill is an incremental horror RPG where prisoners are nothing but fuel for your ascent. Grow stronger, unlock grotesque upgrades, and face increasingly horrific bosses in brutal turn-based combat.

Story

You awaken behind the walls of a place built for suffering. No one remembers who built it or why you were chosen.

The only way out is through.

Features

- Feed the mill: shoot prisoners, harvest their meat, hire riflers, grenadiers, gunners, snipers and mortars.

- Grow a cursed grove: plant Ember, Ghost, Rot and Gold trees, then fell them into huge chain reactions.

- 14 bosses: turn-based fights where every hit and parry is timed by you.

- Prestige: burn it all down and spend wood on a branching skill tree of more than 50 upgrades.

- Grim 1-bit pixel art where only the blood keeps its color.
