Fear Frame

About the Game

Fear Frame is a first-person psychological horror game created by a solo developer.
You step into the life of a young female photographer who lives in isolation, earning her living by developing film rolls for clients. What begins as a quiet routine soon unravels into a nightmare, as strange and terrifying events start to unfold within her home.

Gameplay Features

  • Realistic film development - immerse yourself in a detailed and authentic darkroom process, from enlarging images to drying finished prints.

  • Tools of observation - use CCTV cameras, peepholes, and your smartphone to monitor your surroundings, though they may not always provide comfort.

  • Psychological tension - unexpected events disrupt the ordinary, blurring the line between reality and fear.

  • Compact yet impactful story - around 45 minutes of gameplay leading to a finale with deeper meaning and interpretation.

Atmosphere

  • A lonely house filled with unsettling sounds, shadows, and secrets.

  • Stream-safe music that enhances the tension without breaking immersion.

  • Fear built through psychological pressure rather than cheap jump scares.
