Extended Stay is a monster-girl brothel management simulation where your success relies on keeping your guests happy. By fulfilling their desires, you’ll unlock sex scenes and earn the money needed to keep your brothel running. As your business expands, you can hire more employees, unlock new races and costumes, and attract wealthier clientele.

In Extended Stay, both characters and guests are procedurally generated, from breast size to personality and sexual preferences. Each employee you hire plays a distinct role in your brothel, catering to specific desires of your guests. As they work, employees gain experience and improve their skills, becoming better equipped to please guests. Over time, employees may develop attractions to each other.

Once an employee forms a strong attraction, you can pair them with another employee for a sex scene of your choosing. The sex scenes in Extended Stay are fully interactive, giving you complete control over the action. Using your mouse, you can adjust speed and movement across all 16 unique sex positions.
