Dummy Works

Dummy Works

About the Game

Welcome to the testing bay, where crash-test dummies exist for one purpose: to find out what happens next. Dummy Works is a stick-figure ragdoll sandbox in which every limb can be broken, severed, set on fire, electrocuted or dragged underwater by a shark. And the dummies don't just take it. They grab weapons, patch their wounds, pick fights and scream about it the whole time.

Story

You are a researcher for Site 16, a facility built around the anomaly that calls itself Dummy Works. The apparent purpose of this anomaly is for the testing, injury, destruction and observation of humanoid subjects that refer to themselves as dummies.

The technologies that exist within the anomaly are invaluable, but nothing can be removed from the Dummy Works environment. Your task is to lead experimentation and look for ways to get around this loophole.

Features

  • Real ragdoll physics: bones snap, skulls crack, blood stains the floor, and every dummy stumbles, crawls and bleeds differently.

  • A full arsenal: a hyper-machete, a katana, axes, guns from pistols to a machine gun, rocket launchers, flamethrowers, tasers and a laser that slices through everything in its path.

  • Dummies with personality: brave heroes, cowards, berserkers, snipers and medics each fight, flee and heal in their own way, alone or in red-versus-blue team brawls.

  • Wildlife and worse: tigers, bears, gorillas and sharks attack each other and the dummies, while zombies climb over walls to spread the infection.

  • Gear up: hand out health kits, helmets, riot shields and invincible power armor, or drop a Powerup and watch one lucky dummy fly, shoot lasers from its hands and kung-fu its way through the chaos.

  • Build your own test bay: place platforms, ramps, ladders, brick walls, water tanks and tesla coils across an empty bay, a shark-infested ocean or a steep incline.

  • Slow motion, zoom and pan: watch every glorious disaster up close, frame by frame.
