The Tale of the Sealed Six Spirit Beasts

A thousand years ago, the divine created the land, and then six eggs.
From them were born the Spirit Beasts, tasked to steward the world. However, they rebelled.
The divine, angered, sealed them back into eggs, and created a new race— humans— leaving behind the Divine Sword and the Seed of Hope before vanishing.
Humans remembered the rebellion and, through their short-lived lives, nurtured a world over a millennium.
