About the Game

Donlan Men's Athletic Academy: Before the Line is a BL visual novel set in a private MMA academy, where young adult fighters are preparing to enter the professional circuit.

You play as Xu Yanchuan, a disciplined and restrained student who believes every movement should have a clear purpose. After entering Donlan Men's Athletic Academy, he meets Jiang Ye—a sharp, unpredictable fighter who always manages to disrupt his rhythm. What begins as irritation and technical conflict gradually turns into recognition, attraction, and a dangerous closeness neither of them knows how to handle.

This is the first installment in the Donlan Men's Athletic Academy series. It follows the early stage of Xu Yanchuan and Jiang Ye's relationship: from rivalry, training clashes, and cafeteria conversations, to late-night practice, subtle tension in the infirmary, and the first moment when professional distance begins to loosen.

Story

Donlan is not an ordinary school.

Every trainee is ranked, evaluated, recorded, and pushed toward the same goal: earning a place in the national youth competition and, eventually, the professional MMA circuit. Inside the training hall, every mistake is visible. Every choice has weight. Every relationship is shaped by competition.

Xu Yanchuan wants control.

Jiang Ye keeps stepping into the places he cannot control.

Their relationship does not begin with tenderness. It begins with friction: mismatched rhythms, sharp words, forced training pairs, and the kind of attention that neither of them wants to admit. As the months pass, irritation becomes recognition, recognition becomes tension, and tension becomes something harder to ignore.
