The stage: a busy hospital reception desk. Your mission is just one thing—don't get fired.

Every patient you handle, every decision you make, and every single yen you earn will decide your survival.

This is an unusual survival experience: hospital reception sim × asset management × high-stakes gambling.

■ Reception Work

Process the patients streaming in one after another, as fast as you can. Identify the type of insurance card (employee insurance, national insurance, elderly insurance, or paper certificates) and handle check-in and payment correctly. Accurate, speedy service raises patient satisfaction and lowers your risk of getting fired.—Mistakes, or keeping patients waiting too long, put your job in danger.

■ Improvement Proposal Shop

Use the Contribution Points (CP) and salary you earn from work to make the hospital better.

・Facility upgrades like extra waiting-room chairs, a ticket dispenser, and barrier-free access

・Introducing DX (digital) equipment—though some of it only pretends to work...

・Boosting the hospital's reputation with flyers, social media, and TV commercials

・Earning "Titles" that make your job easier when equipped
