DISCIPLINE
About the Game
DISCIPLINE is a tiny calendar that lives on your desktop and turns keeping your word into the game. Name up to three disciplines, each with an oath of your own. Every day you keep all three, you strike a chalk X into the calendar — by your own hand, every single day, before 3 AM.
The chain is the score. The flame beside the number grows through real tiers at 7, 30 and 100 days, and the number itself is minted from chalk to silver, to gold, to white-hot. And at night, the screen turns red — on unwon days the red bleeds deeper from midnight to 3 AM, and in the final hour your chain number beats like a pulse.
Every vow is engraved in THE COVENANT, a numbered certificate signed in your own hand. And when a chain breaks, it doesn't disappear — The Fallen casts every broken chain as a permanent plaque, recording how long it stood, the day it fell, and how fast you rose again.
Open The Wall to see the whole year of strikes on a single page.
The house also holds a daily journal with a pen, a mixing palette of inks, six paper stocks, and loose sheets you can tear out and pin anywhere on your desktop. There are Side Quests — extra daily tasks that never touch the chain. There is a quiet language of sound — chalk, wax seals, and a distant bell at 2 AM. The interface speaks 42 languages. It works 100% offline, with no account, and not a single byte ever leaves your machine.
Yesterday is sealed. Today is all there is.
