Demiurges

Demiurges

About the Game

Demiurges is a strategic roguelike game. Your mission is to save the world from destruction. To achieve this, you will need to build a deck of cards that defines your strategy, then carefully command your heroes to defeat your enemies.

Map

You can move all of your heroes across the map. While exploring, they may discover new items, resources, special structures, and enemies that serve as valuable sources of experience. Defeating a region's guardian unlocks a new area of the map filled with fresh challenges. Once you obtain the Grail, the entire map advances to the next level.

Cards

One of the most important keys to success is building the right deck. Before each battle, you can create a deck using the cards you have already unlocked. Cards are obtained from packs that can be purchased with gems earned during gameplay. To play cards, you need resources that can be produced or gathered on the map. Be careful—some cards require sacrifices in order to be played.

Combat

When you encounter an enemy on your journey, you can engage them in battle. Combat takes place in a turn-based system on a hexagonal grid. Units take their turns based on their Initiative. Every unit has unique passive and active abilities, so you'll need to think carefully about every move to make the best use of their strengths.

City

Each faction has its own city. Using cards, you can develop it to support your strategy. Build new structures, recruit units, construct special buildings, and produce valuable resources.

Demiurges

You begin each run with a single Demiurge, but map events and cards allow you to recruit more. Demiurges are powerful heroes capable of casting spells and wielding mighty artifacts. By defeating enemies and gaining experience, a Demiurge learns new abilities and grows even stronger. They also command an army that fights alongside them against their foes.

Knucklefest

This is a special game mode where you can test your skills against other players. Choose your cards wisely to build the strongest possible army, then send it into battle against seven other players in an autobattler competition.
