Defrag Incremental is a retro-styled incremental strategy game about cleaning up messy drives for money and turning risky jobs into long-term progress. Analyze each disk, choose the right algorithm, manage heat and wear, and decide when to play it safe or push for a better payout.

TAKE THE JOB

Every disk is different. Some are fragile but valuable. Others are packed with bad sectors, unmovable blocks, or awkward layouts that force you to adapt your plan. The wrong call can damage a drive, cut into your profits, or waste a promising opportunity.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT ALGORITHM

Each cleanup is a trade-off between speed, reward, Reboot Charge, disk health, and thermal risk. Faster, riskier runs can bring better rewards, but they also push your hardware harder and leave less room for mistakes.
