About the Game
Death Kitchen is a fast-paced co-op cooking horror game for 1-5 players where angry alien customers will hunt you down if you fail to serve them correctly. Mistakes are fatal. Meet the quota and move on to the next day or the restaurant will explode.
PLAY WITH FRIENDS
Play solo or with up to 4 friends as you scramble to cook, serve, and survive. Communication is critical and one wrong order can cost you your life.
PROXIMITY CHAT
Built-in proximity voice and text chat amplifies communication between teammates. Hear your teammate screaming? Oh no!
ROLES
You can choose to be a chef or a waiter at the beginning of each day. Chefs cook faster and waiters can interact with customers faster. Each role has tradeoffs so pick carefully! The synergy between chefs and waiters is essential.
COOKING FEATURES
Some stations in your kitchen have mini-games! Others are realistic cooking. Be sure not to overcook, it will catch fire! Use the shop in-game for upgrades!
COLLECTING INGREDIENTS
Go outside the restaurant to collect ingredients. You can grab ingredients at any time but be strategic about it or you may get overloaded with customers.
AGGRESSIVE ALIEN CUSTOMERS
Every customer is unique and unpredictable. Make sure you serve them before they quickly run out of patience and do not mess up their order. Otherwise, they will start attacking you until you’re dead! Defend yourself with weapons from the shop.
GHOST AND QUOTA MANAGEMENT
Did you die from the customers? It’s not over! You’ll turn into a ghost and you can help around in the restaurant but your friends can’t see or hear you! Your friends can revive you on the next day if the quota is met. Be careful, if all of you die, then it’s game over.
MANY NEW WILD PLANETS AWAIT
Every planet has different unique traits and ingredients. Some of them will blow your mind! Survive on an unstable planet or climb a mountain to gather ingredients!
