About the Game

Curses & Daggers is a Top-Down Twin Stick Rogue-lite inspired by The Binding of Isaac, Risk of Rain and Nuclear Throne where you fight big hordes of enemies, explore and loot big open area. Find hidden chests, interact with Shrines with different effects and challenges to up your survival chances, Find the portal to the next zone until you encounter the Final Boss.

SLAY CURSED FOES

FIght Skellies, Rats, Werewolves, Witches or whatever you find through your path. Grab money while you're at it to buy better equipment and tools from mysterious traveling merchants.

EXPLORE AND LOOT

Explore and Loot as much as you can to find objects, active items, pickups, useful or wasteful items or even legendary gear to make yourself stronger.

FIND HIDDEN STRUCTURES AND ABANDONED HOUSES

Explore find abandoned houses, caves, hidden entrances, etc, Walk in and check a their interiors, break pots and find chests. There might be a Great Treasure, a friendly encounter or your demise.

FIND THE PATHWAY TO THE NEXT ZONE

There is a portal somewhere, but you can't get through yet, find a way to open it and get back to the portal to travel to the next zone with stronger enemies but better loot each zone you advance.
