Welcome to Newport City, 1997. A concrete labyrinth where millions of stories intersect, most of them ending in a shallow grave. You are Henry Gallagher, a soldier for the Waterside Crew—a small-time gang with big-time problems.

What started as a routine deal has spiraled into a nightmare. Trapped between a tightening police noose and the cold shadow of Frank Sorvino’s Mafia empire, the Waterside Crew is walking a razor's edge. To make matters worse, a lethal new narcotic called "Pulse" is flooding the streets, turning the city into a powder keg of addiction and greed.

In Newport, loyalty is a currency that’s devaluing by the hour. Under the flickering neon lights, a covert war is raging for the soul of the city. Everyone wants a piece of the Pulse. Everyone has a price. And in this game, trust is the only thing that will get you killed.
