About the Game

Couples Therapy is an action packed roguelike adventure designed to be a 2 player Co-op experience. Play as the struggling couple, Hazel and Dylan, as their attempts to fix their relationship get disrupted by their therapist turned evil wizard.

Tied Together

As a part of the wizard’s therapeutic practices, Hazel and Dylan, end up tied together. Damage taken? The rope gets shorter and shorter and game over gets closer and closer. 

Office Comes to Life.

Enemies can be anything. The couch? Printer? Recycling Bin? All of those and more spawn in the office seeming pretty harmless, until they ambush you that is. 

Strategize

Players will have the opportunity to find heart charms throughout the dungeon that provide game changing abilities. Whichever player picks it up first gets the choice of three buffs to choose from. The other player isn’t affected by the buff, instead they get a debuff! Balancing it out or taking all the good buffs for yourself, the decision is entirely up to you, the players.

Fight

Make your way through each level of the office in order to take down enemy number one, the evil wizard, fighting enemies and bosses along the way. Use your abilities to your advantage in this fast paced roguelike!
