About the Game

BUILD A TRANSPORT COMPANY, ONE DECISION AT A TIME

Start with a single van and grow into a freight network that spans the whole map. Every contract you take, every truck you buy, and every region you open is a decision — and a real-time clock that pauses whenever you need to think keeps each one a judgment call, not a spreadsheet.

READ THE MARKET, COMMIT YOUR FLEET

Every 6 hours a fresh market of spot contracts opens — but you never see the full picture. Distance and risk arrive as bands, not numbers, so every pickup is a call made on incomplete information.

Your fleet is finite. Weigh each job on three axes at once — money, capacity, and compliance — commit your trucks, and live with the outcome as the clock runs on.

A FLEET OF ROLES, NOT POWER LEVELS

A truck isn't a power level — it's a role. Six vehicle classes and eleven cargo types each bring their own rules: reefers fight spoilage windows, hazardous loads amplify every incident, oversized freight is barred from the fast roads.

The biggest fleet is usually the wrong fleet. You win by assembling the right coverage for the work the market is offering — not by climbing a ladder of ever-bigger trucks.

LICENSES ARE YOUR TECHNOLOGY TREE

Licenses are your technology tree — earned, not bought. Every permit unlocks by growing the company across all three axes: the right equipment, the right scale, and a reputation you've actually built.

Each license opens a new class of cargo and contract, reshaping how you read the market. But run sloppy, and a license can be suspended — right when you need it most.

BUILD A NETWORK ACROSS A GROWING WORLD

Past a certain scale, logistics stops being about single deliveries and becomes about flow. Route freight through hubs that consolidate local runs onto trunk corridors — but every hub has finite throughput, and overloading one backs up everything behind it.

And the world doesn't stand still: new regions open as you grow, each with its own cargo mix and road texture. Climb five company tiers — from local courier to an operator that reaches every region — and every expansion is a new reason yesterday's setup stops working.

AUTOMATE THE ROUTINE, MASTER THE EXCEPTIONS

At scale, standing-order rules take repetitive dispatch off your hands: they accept the routine jobs and assign the right truck without you.

But automation always plays it safe and charges a commission, so a hands-on dispatcher still beats autopilot on any lane they choose to watch. Exceptions surface in the log and wait for your call.
