FORM & MENTAL STRESS Your effective OVR is not fixed. Peak form gives +16%. Burnout costs −24%. But form is only half the equation — mental stress accumulates in the background. A losing streak, financial pressure or poor performances push you toward crisis. At 80+ stress, you can't advance until you resolve it: see the psychologist, skip the week, or call a team talk. Manage both or watch your season collapse.

MAP VETO & KNOWLEDGE Every match starts with a veto. Your Map Knowledge directly influences the outcome. Specialize on a few maps or stay versatile across all — your choice shapes the arc of your career.

LIVE MATCHES Simulate instantly or follow every round live — kills, bomb plants, commentary, real-time scoreboard. A clutch triple kill can turn a losing half around.

ECONOMY & SURVIVAL Salary, streaming income, coaches, lifestyle investments. Let your budget go negative and the Debt system activates — form penalties, stat decay, market penalties. Last resort: Cheat Death — two leagues down, coach levels halved. One use per career.

RIVALS & CHEMISTRY Team chemistry grows through victories. From Season 5, rivals emerge — players with unique talents who become your natural antagonists. Every match against them raises the rivalry level and the stakes.

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP Be among your country's top 5 by OVR and compete in the World Championship — 32 nations, BO3 bracket. Win it and earn a permanent place in the Hall of Fame.
