Every customer is unique. Thanks to a procedural statistics system, each individual in line has their own level aggression and patience.

• The Butterfly Effect : Your actions alter the ecosystem in real time. Turn a customer away too abruptly, and the tension in the queue rises. Strike a troublemaker, and the crowd might turn against you. Learn to command respect… or prepare for a confrontation.
