A companion that remembers you.

CielChan is an evolving desktop AI companion, with frequent updates improving performance, accuracy, and features over time.

CielChan starts mostly blank. Use her over time so memories and features can build up. Talk to her anytime, by voice or text. She remembers you, reacts to what you are doing, and becomes more familiar the more time you spend together. She is not something you simply open and close. She stays with you while you work, relax, study, browse, or play.

CielChan can run fully offline on your PC. Optional cloud AI and voice providers can also be configured by advanced users who want to use their own third-party services.

• The included local AI model and bundled local voice systems allow the core companion experience to function independently offline

Optional online features are available for users who choose to configure them. These may include cloud AI providers, cloud voice services, live chat integrations, Steam multiplayer, Steam Workshop, or other third-party services. When enabled, these features may send text, audio, image, chat, presence, or account-related data to the selected third-party service according to that service's setup and policies.
