About the Game

The undead are coming — and standing still isn’t an option.

In Chronocide, you fight back against massive undead hordes in third-person combat, combining fast-paced action with trap-based defense. Build deadly setups, trigger physics-driven chaos, and survive wave after wave using both skill and teamwork.

Every run is about experimentation:
Set traps, lure enemies, knock them into hazards, and watch your plans either succeed brilliantly… or collapse in hilarious disaster.

Whether you’re holding the line alone or coordinating with friends, survival depends on smart positioning, timing, and creative use of your tools.

Freeze enemies - Cut them up - Launch them into spikes - Burn entire hordes up

Coordinate defenses - Then improvise when everything falls apart.
The 4 available heroes play very differently and complement eachother;

Waldis the wzard - elemental magic and projectile weapons

Rolanda the paladin - support, buffs, and frontline presence

Mike the soldier - precise gunplay and ranged pressure

Anthia the necromancer - spells and summoned minions

Complete levels to earn stars and upgrade your characters and gear. Unlock new items, improve your abilities, and refine your strategies as the challenge ramps up.

Chronocide rewards smart planning and mastery — but it also encourages trying wild ideas just to see what happens.

Play solo or co-op (up to 4 players)!
Mix and match roles in co-op to create powerful team synergies.

This game is challenging - If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.
Or... switch to casual difficulty - Less hardship but also less star rewards.

Missing stars on a level? Replay it to increase your rewards.

Chronocide is actively evolving throughout Early Access with new content, balance changes, and improvements planned over time.

The game already offers full co-op play, core progression, and a complete first act.
More content, balance changes, and improvements will be added over time as development continues.

If you enjoy challenging co-op games, physics-driven combat, and experimenting with deadly trap setups, Chronocide is built for you.

NOTE: Only 1 act is available so far in the early access.

The base game will contain the first 3 acts which is the main story arc.
As you progress through the acts, more traps, weapons and other items will be available.
Play through the campaign to unlock more game modes.
