CHORDIOID is an eclectic, genre-bending RPG that seamlessly blends strategic turn-based combat with rhythm game mechanics. Fight foes in exciting battles that keep you thinking on your feet, hit notes to parry attacks in classic rhythm-game fashion, and quickly plan your next moves, all while the beat goes on.

Explore the mysterious world of Concordia, full of strange creatures, lovable characters, and long-buried secrets. Each enemy has its own melody, as part of a rich, varied and hand-crafted original soundtrack that ranges from moody jazz to symphonic metal and beyond.

When night falls, take a break from the action to explore the INTERMISSIONS: moody, character-focused story sections that turn the game's world on its head and deepen the story further.



Your name is SAM MARDOT, a young investigative journalist living in the heart of the floating metropolis known as the Capital, with a burning desire to prove that you're more than a member of the paparazzi.

While investigating rumors of a strange conspiracy, you've suddenly found yourself in the outer reaches of the city, hunted by security and haunted by strange dreams... and with no idea how you got there. All you know is that you've seen something terrible.

If you want any chance of figuring out the truth, you'll need the help of your new friends LOU and CAL, and make your way back home the only way you can: climbing the ranks in the annual Superstar Festival.
