About the Game

Centre 18 is an operational management simulator inspired by the French emergency response system.
You play as the officer in charge of a fire and rescue service: build your response network, manage your personnel, and answer every emergency call in real time.

Choose your zone, place your first station.
The map is powered by open-source cartographic data. You choose exactly where to place your first fire station, then manage its development day by day.

Receive the calls.
Calls come in continuously: apartment fires, cardiac arrests, road accidents, gas leaks, forest fires, chemical hazards, extrications, drownings… Over 70 different types of incidents, each with its own victims, reported risks, and operator notes.

Deploy the right resources.
Each mission requires the right vehicle. Ambulances, fire engines, aerial ladders, forest trucks, rescue vans, chemical units, command cars, light intervention vehicles, utility trucks — your fleet covers the full range of operations. Vehicles move in real time on real roads using route calculations. You follow each unit from its station to the incident site and back.

Manage your personnel with real-world hierarchy.
From Firefighter Second Class to Colonel, including Corporal-Chief, Adjutant, Captain, Commander, and Lieutenant-Colonel — each agent has a rank, category (enlisted, non-commissioned, officer), and specialized training: Crew Leader, Urban Fire, Forest Fire, Road Rescue, Chemical Risk, Firefighter Nurse, and more. Recruit from a pool of available candidates and build your teams.

Missions evolve.
An incident may take an unexpected turn upon arrival: additional reinforcements needed, victims discovered, hospital transport triggered. Conditional scenarios keep every mission unpredictable.

Control your budget.
Every recruitment, equipment purchase, and intervention has a cost. Track your financial log day by day and keep your service afloat.
