About the Game

Catnip Cosmos is a side-view shooter built around deep incremental progression.

Upgrade your weaponry

Take command of cat pilots flying advanced spaceships. Each mission is driven by the Zoomies timer — a run where you destroy meteors and enemies to gather coins. When the timer expires, return to the upgrade menu to strengthen your ship’s weapons, defenses, engines, and Zoomies duration.

Unlock unique cat pilots to switch up the game-play

Unlock a variety of distinct cat pilots, each offering unique combat abilities such as piercing lasers, rapid-fire barrages, area-of-effect attacks, or omnidirectional movement. Later in the game, unlock copilots that allow you to combine two pilots for powerful new ability synergies.

Enemy Robot Vacuum Cleaners will try to stop you. Destroy them before they suck up all the resources

Defeat bosses with different pilots to earn Dogtags — a special currency that unlocks major permanent upgrades and sections of a skill tree. Regular coins provide steady incremental improvements to all aspects of your ship and arsenal
