Castle of the Valley

A traveler on the road to the valley kingdom of Tal Bergfried is robbed. They are only saved when a passing dragon causes a landslide. With nothing but the clothes on their back they start on to new adventures in the Valley. 

Game Overview

• Genre: Roguelike / Action RPG

• Top-down perspective: The game has a tile-based, overhead view.

• Turn-based movement and combat: Like traditional roguelikes, but simplified for casual players.

• Character creation: Players can choose gender and assign stats (Strength, Intelligence, Dexterity, Constitution).

• Permadeath: Death results in the loss of your character, unless you manually backed up save files (roguelike tradition).
