About the Game
This is a single-player industrial management simulation with a persistent save, where the player pilots a mining drone to extract and process resources, negotiate contracts, and manage expenses until the company either becomes profitable or collapses into bankruptcy.
You inherit a struggling industrial operation and a single versatile mining drone.
Dig deeper to access more valuable materials, but increased depth brings greater risk. Resources must be refined, sold, and turned into profit through contracts and negotiations with other companies, all while managing rent, taxes, and ongoing expenses.
In this hands-on industrial management simulation, success is measured by cash flow, timing, and decision-making ; not just extraction.
Pilot your drone directly through procedurally generated crust (earth), breaking it down to extract resources such as sand, dirt, stone, copper, iron, nickel, silver, gold, and platinum from the environment using your retractable tools including a claw, drill, and vacuum.
These broken-down resources exhibit physics and need to be carried to the surface and dropped into your factory hyper tube, either by using your claw to grab resource piles or by vacuuming them up and holding them in your drone’s storage until you surface.
Access your factory at any time from anywhere using the factory panel. It features a pipe system that pulls and funnels resources directly from storage through the factory into processors and smelters to refine material before sending it back to factory storage. Utilize filters to ensure the exact resource you want is refined.
When getting deep enough, the vibrations of your drone may stir up wildlife such as Giant Earth Worms. They will attempt to stop your operation by sabotaging your drone directly. The current best way to deal with them is to split them with your mining drill, but be careful , one makes two, and two make four!
Once you have acquired enough refined resources, you can begin contacting other companies and negotiating using a simple dialogue system where you choose a subject, cause, and request. Build up good relations with in-game companies to gain access to contracts, opening opportunities for bigger payouts.
Manage the everyday expenses of this single-participant sci-fi company and try to keep your save file from going bankrupt. You will be taxed on your earnings and billed for your factory’s energy consumption. Can you stay out of debt and amass more money than you can pronounce, or will you face the results of company-crushing debt?
Key Features
Direct Drone Control
Pilot a versatile mining drone in real time using retractable tools such as a claw, drill, and vacuum.Procedurally Generated Underground
Dig through a procedurally generated planetary crust to discover and extract valuable resources at increasing depths.Physics-Based Resource Handling
Extracted materials obey physics and must be physically carried to the surface and deposited into your factory.Multiple Resource Types
Mine and process materials including sand, dirt, stone, copper, iron, nickel, silver, gold, and platinum.Factory Processing System
Route resources through a pipe-based factory system into processors and smelters to refine raw materials before returning them to storage.Resource Filtering & Control
Use filters to control exactly which resources are processed and where they are routed.Underground Hazards
Disturb underground wildlife such as Giant Earth Worms when mining deep enough, creating escalating threats to your operation.Company Relations & Contracts
Contact other companies and negotiate deals.Economic Management
Manage rent, taxes, factory energy consumption, and other ongoing expenses while trying to stay profitable. (currently only a daily tax in play factory parts and energy consumption are currently free )Failure Through Debt
Poor decision-making and cash flow management can lead to bankruptcy and the end of your save.
(You can choose to continue playing even if your money is negative, currently there is no punishment for bankruptcy)
