Capital Criminal is a retro strategy and management simulation about building an underground empire one risky decision at a time.

Buy contraband where supply is high, move it between twelve international cities, and sell when local demand turns in your favor. Every trip costs money and time, while shifting markets, police pressure, gangs, and unexpected events keep changing the plan.
