About the Game

Build and destroy property empires on a colourful 3D board.

Buy properties, upgrade them and collect rent as you race to complete three full sets before your rivals. Every turn is a choice between growing your empire, protecting your cash and setting up the next move.

WEATHER CHANGES EVERYTHING

A safe lead can disappear in seconds. Weather Mode brings board-changing events that can alter rent, damage upgrades, freeze properties or hit the board with a full-scale disaster.

Blizzard — freezes properties and changes the economy for multiple turns.

Fire — reduces a property's rent until it is repaired.

Earthquake — shakes up the board and disrupts the match.

Asteroid — can wipe upgrades from the property it hits.

Tsunami — sweeps across the board, destroying buildings and stripping land from owners in its path.

Rainbow / Rainy Day — positive events can create sudden opportunities too.

MULTIPLE BOARDS

Take the rivalry across multiple distinct board environments, from bright city layouts to Harbour and Grand Royale settings. The rules stay easy to read while each board gives the match a different visual identity.

FOUR WAYS TO PLAY

Normal — build three complete property sets before anyone else.

Weather — the core property game with disasters and positive events changing the board as you play.

Race — forget property ownership. Race four laps around the board using movement modifiers and simple abilities to catch or disrupt rivals.

Bankrupt — no time limit. Build, charge rent and survive until every other player has been eliminated.

SOLO, LOCAL AND ONLINE

Play against computer rivals, compete locally with friends, or take the rivalry online. Ranked play lets you build Rank Points and climb the leaderboards.

EVERY MATCH TELLS A DIFFERENT STORY

An empire can look unbeatable one turn and be fighting for survival the next. Build aggressively, adapt quickly and survive whatever the board throws at you.
