Key Features:

• Card-Driven Strategy: Draw Permit, Plot, and Action Cards to drive your city planning. Use Permits to construct CIVIC, RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, and INDUSTRIAL buildings, each with unique combinations and synergies.

• To build bigger and better buildings, you need to Mix permits to allow building

• Place buildings of varying shapes, type and sizes on a grid-based city map. Master the puzzle-like placement rules to maximize your city’s layout.

• To create buildings, mix matching permit and plot cards

• Place the building for maximum benefit

  • Points are calculated based on the adjacency bonuses, and prestige is awarded for completing rows and columns with aligned building types. Find the perfect balance to maximize your city's prestige.
