About the Game

Scavenge and survive across strange biomes and other dimensions in a smooth voxel

world where every part of the terrain can be removed or replaced. Dig anywhere,

build a base, tame creatures, and possess them to fly, swim, or burrow. Challenge

the ruling lords alone, with friends, or on larger online servers.

Hills curve, caves look like caves, and a roof can have a real 45-degree pitch.

Tunnel through a mountain, hollow out a cliff for your base, cut a canal, or keep

digging until you reach the lava below. Water and lava follow the paths you open.

Tame creatures. Then become them.

Bring down a creature with a taming club or tranq rifle. It can follow you, fight

beside you, and travel with you. Breed creatures for new colours, sizes, stats, and

mutations. Possess any creature you own and control it directly. Fly as a pteranodon, swim as

a crocodile, or burrow through a wall as a badger.

Your gear is your progression

There is no XP bar or character level. Your armour sets your Power, which affects

loot, recipes, and the creatures around you. Five armour tiers take you from bone to

steelplate, with a boss at the end of each tier.

Give a late-joining friend gear from your tier and they can jump straight into the

same fights with you.

You decide when each boss fight starts. Earn summon keys through mining, hunting,

gathering, or trading, then choose which two keys to spend. The bosses fly and

ignore terrain, so you cannot keep them out with a wall.

Survive your way

Play solo, form a team of up to six, or join a larger server. Build and defend a

claim, trade spare resources for equipment, fight over contested regions, or work

with other teams. Bots also build camps, wear gear, and fight back when raided.

Explore biomes and other dimensions

The main world contains over 50 surface biomes and over 10 cave biomes, with generated roads,

cities, monuments, and underground towns. The same seed always produces the same

world. Explore it from the surface to the deepest caves, then travel beyond it into

other dimensions.

Crafting is instant and has no grid. Find a material, bring it to the right machine,

and the recipe shows you what else you need.
