🛡️ Belatoris – Strategy, Adventure & War in a Living Fantasy World

Belatoris is an adventure RPG with tactical turn-based combat, settlement management, and an open world that’s different every time you play. Lead your legion across dangerous lands, grow your influence, defend your people, and carve your name into legend.

⚔️ A Unique Start to Every Journey

Choose your starting legion – each with different gear, gold, warriors, and reputation. Will you begin with a settlement under your control… or fight to earn it?
Your early choices shape your entire campaign.

🌍 A Dynamic, Procedural World

The world map is where strategy begins. Travel across regions, uncover villages, avoid ambushes, and explore locations like:

• jungles, deserts, swamps, mountains, and more,

• hidden caves full of monsters and treasure,

• villages with daily events and local rumors,

• roads that lead you to settlements through the fog of war.

In any location, you can enter Action Mode to explore, talk, fight, trade — or dig for treasure in any tile with a shovel.

⚒️ Professions & Player Growth

Each character can learn a profession to gather resources, craft gear, or help the group:

• Alchemy – brew potions and cook food with foraged ingredients.

• Crafting – build equipment, weapons, or even siege tools.

• Hunting – gather rare parts from beasts and monsters.

• Fishing – a skill-based minigame to catch fish, loot... or the occasional soggy boot.

🏘️ Your Village, Your Rules

As the ruler of a settlement, you must manage food, supplies, morale, and defense.
Thanks to the Garrison System, you can now recruit and arm defenders (chieftain, volunteers, or mercenaries) and upgrade them with buildings like:

• Blacksmith – better starting equipment,

• Hunter’s Hut – ranged weapons and arrows,

• Alchemist’s Lab – combat potions for your guards.

You also gain access to the Village Storage – a shared stash between legions to store and transfer items.

🧭 New Locations & Events

• Caves – dark, dangerous, full of loot and monsters.

• Fog of War & Roads – roads help you navigate hidden regions.

• Village Events – over 60 unique happenings that affect local life, trade, quests, and more.

🤝 Encounters That Matter

Not all legions are friendly. You’ll meet:

• Crown forces expanding royal control,

• Barbarian warbands hunting treasure or raiding villages.

How you interact with them – through diplomacy, bribery, duels, or combat – shapes your reputation and future alliances.

🎯 Turn-Based Combat & Strategy

Combat in Belatoris is tactical and flexible. Every unit can move and act each turn, using a wide range of skills, weapons, and magic. Each race brings unique abilities, from orcish rage to ogre intimidation.

Use terrain, positioning, and clever equipment choices to win — or survive.

🧙 A lot of Playable Races & Deep Customization

Recruit warriors from a lot of distinct races, each with strengths and weaknesses. From brutal trolls to nimble amazons, build your perfect team.
A powerful character generator lets you shape the look and personality of your legion, making every playthrough unique.
