Backstory
Twenty years ago, Soviet scientists discovered a unique resource - inexhaustible fuel. It could have been a powerful step toward the industrialization of the country, but instead became the crossing of a red line and the beginning of militarization. The war began.
Deathmatch Roguelike
Tower - is a fast-paced competitive arcade shooter where players fight each other for the only path to salvation. Search for the key, kill opponents, and destroy the environment around you to carve the shortest path to escape.
You play as one of eight residents. You all overslept the evacuation. The only way to survive is the last escape capsule.
Each hero, a different strategy
Choose your hero. A quiet and elusive killer or a loud and powerful brute. Sneak and hide, or break through head-on to reach the coveted capsule.
Procedural Destruction
Each room in the Tower is procedurally generated. Almost everything on the maps can be broken or destroyed. No two sessions will be the same.
Rule-breaking artifacts
Find and use dozens of artifacts that change the rules of the world: distort perception, enhance the body, or bend the will of others.
Global morality system
Every action you take shifts the balance of the world between trust and fear, subtly yet noticeably changing the experience for all participants of the bloody battle.
The game is made in the Soviet Punk style. It showcases a mix of late Soviet everyday life, forgotten heroes of the 90s, unseen technologies, and post-punk music that conveys the spirit of protest and the collapse of an era.
